
São Paulo, Brazil – Tellescom Group has announced important changes to its executive leadership team.
The company has appointed:
- Mr. Armando de Castro as our new CFO (Chief Financial Officer).
- Mr. Márcio Augusto de Carvalho as CGO (Chief Governance Officer).
Mr. De Castro is an executive with more than three decades of experience in Treasury, Credit, Risk and M&A in large multinationals in Telecom, Electronics, Mineral Extraction, Apparel, Infrastructure, Food and Banking. Graduated in Business Administration with an MBA in Finance, Controllership and Auditing from FGV. He is a specialist in capital optimization, with expertise in treasury management (hedge and cash management), national and international capital market funding, bilateral and strong expertise in governance (SOx, SEC, CVM).
Mr. De Carvalho is an executive with nearly three decades of experience in strategy, governance, processes and organizational transformation. He has a degree in Scientific Computing and Statistics, MBAs in Business Management, Telecommunications Management and Real Estate Sector Economics, as well as certifications in Lean Governance, Turnaround, Barrett CTT® Cultural Assessment Certification and Master Black Belt in Six Sigma. He has worked in large groups in the Telecom, Real Estate and Infrastructure sectors, leading management models and high-impact cultural changes.
